While we may still not know who built the Silo or what mysteries lie within, one thing is certain: Silo has made its mark on the television landscape, and anticipation for the second season is incredibly high. Undoubtedly, alongside all the Apple TV+ releases in June, the success of Silo demonstrates how Apple’s strategy of producing a moderate amount of high-quality content is paying off. All residents of the Silo have been taught that the outside world is toxic and deadly, and anyone who expresses any desire to go outside is sent to clean the external sensors. With the final episode scheduled for June 30th, there is still more mystery and exploration to come in the enigmatic post-apocalyptic world inhabited by the characters. Book 1 Holston Wool initially follows the story of Holston, the Silo's sheriff. We are currently awaiting the eighth installment of Silo, set to premiere this Friday on Apple TV+.
